Lila and Vada

Lila and Vada spent most of the morning outside playing.  The weather is FABULOUS and we are enjoying every minute of it!  Vada is so full of life and loves being in charge.  I have a couple of shots of her playing and I couldn't resist putting them on the blog.  Also, we visited the pumpkin patch, Mitchell Farms in Collins, on Saturday.  I cannot say enough about this place.  It was GREAT!  They had mazes, tractor rides, a playground, a pumpkin patch, etc.  Lila keeps saying, "I wanna go get a pumpkin!"  Lila and Vada both had a blast.  If you are looking for a kid-friendly place to take the kids in the fall, MITCHELL FARMS is the place to go! :D

+The Story of Us+

My very good friend (and professional photographer), Keith Boutwell, came to photograph our family today.  It is so sad to look at the walls in our home and not see any pictures of us, with our kiddos.  So, I asked the man who "taught me everything" about photography to, "please take these shots for me..."  I cannot tell you how much I appreciate him and his expertise.  I have learned so much working beside him and with him.  These are a couple of shots he took today that I fell in love with.  YES, these will be going on my wall on a gallery wrap! :D  I am so proud of them.  Keith also took some really cool shots of our house decorated for Halloween.  The way he captures life, in general, is amazing to me.   Thank you Keith, you amaze me!       We love you!

"The Banks Boys"

The Young Family ~ Beach Session!

I cannot tell you how much fun we had during this beach session!  It was so relaxing!  I met up with the Young family in Perdido Key, it was absolutely gorgeous that day.  There was a cool breeze and the kiddos had so much fun running around!  I cannot wait to do more beach sessions! This family is so loving, Grace Ann and Tucker (the beautiful children) are so sweet together.  I cannot wait for you to see the rest of your images!  Thank you for letting me be a part of your special trip!  More to come soon!

Baby Magdalena!

This photo session was very moving for me.  I first met the Roberts family when Julie was pregnant (with Magdalena).  They are such a loving family.  I photographed Magdalena's birth and must tell you, it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life.  Baby Magdalena was diagnosed with Trisomy 18 when Julie was 4-5 months pregnant, I believe (correct me if I'm wrong Julie).

The Milnors

I had a photo session with the Milnors on Saturday.  They were so much fun!  Aidan and Mary Elizabeth are so adorable and so full of life.  You can truly see the love these wonderful parents have for their children.  They are such a caring and loving family!  It was wonderful meeting all of you.  Thank you for letting me capture your beautiful family!
